Features
These cleats remain flush with the boat deck when not needed. All parts, except spring, are type 316 stainless steel; spring is type 302 stainless steel. Sealed base eliminates the need for waterproofing up. Water can be drained through a fitting at the bottom of the unit. Includes a backing plate that can be used as a cut-out template.
